If possible, I would give Nick six stars - one for the one star review I previously entered because I made a mistake in my first effort to evaluate him and Dog House. They are superb. Last year Nick installed a GE central A/C. When it was not cooling properly this year, Nick promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part. When it arrived, he discovered it was the wrong part and drove immediately to Portland to get the proper part, returning later in the day, Installed it and it is now working perfectly. It was covered by the warranty and I am delighted with Dog House and recommended most highly..

Our A/C unit died in the middle of summer and we called Dog House after searching for a local service vendor online. So glad we did! Nick was on site within the hour and we had an estimate for a replacement (heat pump) that very afternoon. Installation was promptly scheduled for just a few weeks afterwards!
