Coleman S. Yahouba came to day to clean & service my Samsung heat pump. They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing. Since just moving into this house a year ago, it was very nice to hear that the heat pump wasn't as dirty or as old as I thought.

Dog House is easy to schedule for appointments and the people on the phone are very helpful. The technicians, Hanna K and Dom J arrived on time..gave us a call with arrival time. Very thorough cleaning and comprehensive explanations of the state of our equipment. Truly wonderful service personnel who feel like family. Hannah was our service technician last year and she remembered all the conversations she had with the hubby. (They share a love of birds.) We feel like we'll be in good hands with Dom J when Hannah K has to leave for the birth of her baby. Very much hoping she returns to work eventually. Great employees!

We have a service plan at Doghouse Energy which covered all the expenses. We had to pay an electrician to come and rewire when the system was kicking off the breaker. Then Doghouse tech Coleman was able to reconnect to that wiring and got the system running again. Note that his first visit was i. The unbearable humidity and he had to go in the attic to work on the air handler. Glad they could figure it all out and all under the service contract. It did take awhile ( couple weeks) to get the electrician to speak with the tech to determine it was ready to be reconnected.

Carson was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about my water heater and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was able to provide a very fair estimate for the replacement water heater and was able to schedule me quickly for the installation. I highly recommend Dog House and Carson!

Called to set up an appointment for a furnace cleaning. They did an excellent job and the price was below just about everyone else. Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

Dog House replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas boiler. Their service was excellent in every way! I highly recommend them. The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
