Liberty and Josh just finished putting in a new water heater for me. Turns out mine was really old.

They thoroughly checked my boiler, confirmed it was operating properly, and even validated that previous work had been done correctly.

The Dog house staff was amazing as always. Quickly diagnosed the issue was able to fix it that day. I also asked if they were able to due a bi-annual cleaning after checking with the office they were able to accommodate. I had also asked for an estimate for moving my oil tanks Noah was able to give me a roundabout number for that. Just a great company to work with.

Very happy with Doghouse. Josh M. & Liberty W. Are very knowledgeable about plumbing & I was very confident in their abilities. They worked very hard on the repair. They ran into more problems but said they wouldn't leave until it was completed and I was satisfied, which they did. They also put everything back as it was after the repair. And every time I call Anne is pleasant and will not stop until she finds/schedules to your convenience what you need.
I have 2 other plumbing repairs and need a total furnace and tank replacement that I have scheduled with them as well and the estimates for those are very reasonable.
They have all my faith and I highly recommend Doghouse for all your repairs.

Nick did an outstanding job with my AC tune-up. He was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. I feel a lot more confident heading into the warmer months. Josh and Liberty were just here and completed putting in a new mixing valve and fixtures for tub/ shower. They were do polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and neat! Josh even vacuumed as-he went! Totally recommend them!!! Thank you both for being here.

Liberty W. did a plumbing inspection today. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She replaced an expansion tank in a very efficient way. I feel this prevents any future problems with my water heater. Thank you Liberty.

These guys are amazing! I have been having an ongoing issue with my boiler for about 3 months and Dog House has been patient and very helpful in trying to figure it out. All of their technicians have been super nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dog House!!

Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

Dog House replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas boiler. Their service was excellent in every way! I highly recommend them. The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
