I had my natural gas boiler serviced by Dog House recently. The technician, Nick E, Inspected the unit and found and dealt with a couple of issues, which he explained to me clearly. I was very happy with the job he did and how he went over his work with me.

We have worked with Noah for several years. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and thorough. He is transparent about the process (and cost) and allows time to show his customers what any issues are so they can understand and learn about them in real time. Noah has discovered different issues and repaired them promptly which has prevented us from having emergencies with our furnace and related parts. The annual maintenance on our natural gas heating system was our first experience with Dog House. Scheduling the appointment was easy and got an appointment within two weeks. The technician was polite, on time, completed the work within the time he estimated, and explained the current state our system is in and recommendations fro updating parts along with a cost estimate. We are completely satisfied and will schedule part replacement in the near future.

Tech, Hannah K. replaced the convection motor and fans our 2004 Rinnai space heater 1004F. This stove is 22 years old and very reliable, but the motor began to make scratchy noises and was probably going to fail soon. Hannah diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and then came back once they became available and replaced what was needed. She is an efficient worker and a very pleasant person.

Noah was very informative and we had a good discussion about my heating unit- very pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend Dog House to others looking for service! Liberty was here also and she went over possible plumbing problems and addressed my concerns. Noah was really detailed about his inspection of the pipes under my new mobile home. He also gave me an understanding of how it was fully insulated with these newer homes. I felt really satisfied with his final thoughts. He also did an amazing job with repairing my oil furnace. He gave me a lot useful knowledge when diagnosing any future issues.

I am simply adding another accolade to what I had written before. Today I had to have a gasket replaced and some maintenance work done. Robert , the technician, was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient.
I have been a fan of DogHouse Energy since they switched my oil heating system to natural gas several years ago. They are efficient, knowledgeable, personable . They have since done annual service work on the system and spotted a defect that was covered by the warranty from the company that had made the part. They were diligent in pursuing the company to cover the cost to replace the part.They have done the installation on connecting natural gas to my generator and to my gas stove insert.
The staff including the owner, technicians and office staff are always friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.
They provide excellent work .. good value for the money.

These guys are amazing! I have been having an ongoing issue with my boiler for about 3 months and Dog House has been patient and very helpful in trying to figure it out. All of their technicians have been super nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dog House!!

Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

Dog House replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas boiler. Their service was excellent in every way! I highly recommend them. The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable John and the technicians are and that they always took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
