Daniel Vaillancourt from Dog House was awesome. He came out to the house for our cleaning a month ago and pointed out several issues with the furnace. We accepted the estimate from dog house and Dan came out again for the service; however the parts were the wrong size. He was able to get them in over the weekend and came out on first availability to get the work done. The job was a long one (several hours worth) and the final product was very clean and very thoroughly explained to us. We definitely will continue to use doghouse in the future.
Technician Carson was friendly and informative. He completed the task efficiently, in spite of some problems with our ancient boiler! Excellent service.
Dan, Jarrod, Brian and Alex were great. They researched and made sure they had all the parts to get my new furnace installed. They were professional and nice the whole time.
Water wasn’t flowing through the baseboard heating system. Professional job was performed in diagnosing the cause and identifying potential future issues of failure. Noah did a great job in fixing the problem with my heating system.
One of my zone circulating pumps failed. It was 10pm and 9 degrees outside. Dog House sent a tech and he solved the problem in no time. We had heat in the house again!
Dog House has always been great to us. Originally installing our current system and doing the regular maintenance and repairs. I recently had techs Hannah and Liberty whom were wonderful. They were respectful and knowledgeable. Most importantly they handle the chaos of a curious puppy and tag along kitten with care and understanding.
Carson came by today to take a look at our boiler.He was the most thorough (and people friendly) technician we’ve ever had in our house for anything. While he couldn’t diagnose the issue (because it wasn’t happening) he did give me many options on what it could be and what could be done about it. Everything he said made sense to me and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It was apparent that he was very competent and also there was no high pressure sales tactics. I am a person who dreads having strangers in our house but Carson was so easy going and friendly that it wasn’t stressful at all. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. The company itself-Dog House reached out to us immediately when they got our messege and got us an appointment in a weeks time. The person who called was very friendly and we appreciated the fast appt. Thanks so much!
Hannah K and Liberty W replaced our hot water heater. They did a great job, were quick and efficient, picked up when they were done, leaving no mess. Now we have plenty of hot water.

Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
