I have had multiple great experiences with technicians from Dog House. Today, Carson T. came to do maintenance on my boiler. This was the second time I've worked with him, and I couldn't be happier with his service. Carson is very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and made several helpful suggestions for proactive things I can do to help my system perform better and avoid future problems. I was so ready to get a shower as soon as yall got water back to the house. After 3 weeks no shower dishwasher or toilets I needed that shower in the worst way. However it did not end that was as tech Josh M couldn't nail down a problem to solve other than not enough rain this summer to fill our well. Still tech Josh M was amazing and walked me through what he found and didn't find. By the time he was leaving I was no longer thinking about the shower i wouldn't be getting in my own bathroom. Tech Josh M felt more like a good bud b that stopped in to try and fix our problem. I don't think I've ever felt better about no indoor running water. It was Josh's support and genuine kindness and the work he did not only assessing our water issue but helping us to understand our situation better and relieving our feelings of defeat and replacing it with a light at the end of the tunnel. Excellent communications – easy to make appt., texts for conformation and reminders and even a text the morning of the appt. with the name and photo of the person coming. Carson T., who did the work, was excellent – friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and gave me great information. Would highly recommend and use again.

What looked at first to be a simple faucet replacement became much more than that. Liberty and Connor explained clearly (and showed me) what needed to be done, what the options were for fixing it and the up- and downsides of each choice. They spent several hours on the repair/replacement. I am very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Alex T. arrived with Kade & Connor to empty my full oil tank, replace a valve, then refill. Alex was exact with his instructions on how he wanted something done and how fast it was to be done. Kade & Connor followed his instructions on how things were properly handled. Alex was an excellent teacher, and they worked well together as a team. I will request them again if any other issues arise.

Called to set up an appointment for a furnace cleaning. They did an excellent job and the price was below just about everyone else. Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
