Excellent all around staring with the first visit, figuring out the plumbing issue, recommending the solution, and getting the estimate quickly and bid at a fair price. The recommended upgrade was replacing twenty-five feet of 3" cast iron pipe and cleaning all drains connected to it. This was the right fix. The work was done by Josh M. and Liberty W. They showed up on time with all materials, worked as a team, were efficient and also answered my plumbing questions. Once the job was done, they tested the upgraded drain system to be sure it was fixed. They cleaned up the work space completely. We are glad to have this upgrade and their capable help. When another plumbing problem comes up in this aging house, I'll call Dog House.

We scheduled the drain replacement for "as soon as possible." They returned within two weeks and completed the job quickly. The removal of the old corroded drain was a headache, but they had the necessary experience and tools to do it right. We appreciate having a new system we can rely on.

While cleaning my toilet the head to the toilet brush detached and lodged itself into my toilet. Not some teeny tiny Clorox ToiletWand, but a silicone toilet brush head that’s bigger than the size of a palm. Never did I think this would be possible so imagine my disbelief when it disappeared from my sight. Liberty was able to come out the same day of my call and augered that sucker to oblivion. I hope I made it to the wall of fame (or shame) at DogHouse with all the laughs it caused from explaining what happened to everyone involved. Thank you again Liberty you were great!

I am thoroughly impressed with the services Josh and Liberty provided in improving my water treatment system. They replaced a complicated, wasteful backwashing neutralizer with a new efficient system. They were knowledgeable, professional and showed considerable attention to detail as they removed the old system, installed the new one and left the area more organized than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our furnace blower croaked on us this morning. Wow! Were we ever lucky to have Carson answer our plea for help. These guys are amazing! I have been having an ongoing issue with my boiler for about 3 months and Dog House has been patient and very helpful in trying to figure it out. All of their technicians have been super nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dog House!!

Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
