The technician Noah B. is professional an he worked as fast as he could to restore heat in my house. He went through my furnace thoroughly and changed out everything that needed fixing. If your in need of any heating or AC service I would highly recommend this company. The lady I talked to on the phone to set up my appointment was very professional as well. This company is top notch. I will be using them in the future for all my needs

Keagen, Doug and j from Swansea did an excellent job. They were meticulous about everything they did, very neat throughout the entire installation. When they had finished, there was no trace of being there. They seem to subscribe to the notion of leaving their work space cleaner than they found it.. Keagen was very knowledgeable, personable, listened very attentively, never appeared to be in a rush and was very polite as well as genuinely interested in what we had to say. He is a real asset to the company.There was a bit of disorganized activity around the materials needed for the installation,,mistakes on some supplies, but that was quickly taken care of.Overall excellent service.
Jarrod and Nick were on time, courteous, and answered all my questions. Dog House has always provided us with great service.

After the frightening experience of having our CO alarm go off and ordering us to evacuate at 6:30 am in the morning and having to call 911 and the fire department, we called Doghouse, with whom we had never done business, and they agreed to respond promptly. John S and his assistant knew what to do and fixed our boiler, which was producing deadly amounts of CO, quickly, so we got our heat back on a very cold day. The lady who answered our call was also very professional and helpful. We are signing up for their year round service plan. 5 stars all around.

These guys are amazing! I have been having an ongoing issue with my boiler for about 3 months and Dog House has been patient and very helpful in trying to figure it out. All of their technicians have been super nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dog House!!

Wonderful company!! Highly recommended!!! My boiler exploded late on a Friday night in January and Dog House was at my house within 30min to inspect the situation. I needed a new boiler as soon as possible. After getting seven quotes over the next few days, Dog House was able to provide the highest quality boiler at the lowest rate with the fastest installation. I had a new boiler within five days when no one else was able to do anything for another week or two. I was so incredibly pleased with everything from start to finish. The work was excellent, the customer service exceptional and the comfort in knowing that they can take care of an emergency in a timely fashion is priceless.

Dog House replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas boiler. Their service was excellent in every way! I highly recommend them. The office staff, the installation technicians and owner John all provided great customer service. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable John and the technicians are and that they always took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Exceptional service, before, during, and after! After reaching out to several places to fix our old furnace with no response or some cop-out excuse, their receptionist reached out to me and scheduled someone to come out THAT DAY. My boyfriend had been trying for about a month to get someone to even say they'd just look at the furnace! Long story short, they got us an amazing deal on a new furnace and installation plus fixed a bunch of issues due to a poor installation of the prior furnace. The men who installed our furnace were very polite and courteous and worked all day to get the new one up and running. Even after the furnace was installed (and working WAY better than the old one) they pointed out that the still had to come back later to replace the electrical stuff. I honestly wouldn't have been the wiser had they not told me and I really appreciate them standing behind their services. I can't say enough good things about Dog House. Thank you all so much!
