Hannah did an annual service on our 3 year old Buderus natural gas boiler. She was on time, professional, and did a thorough job. Her follow through was great as well.
On annual furnace service, the tech, Nick, arrived within the scheduled window and performed a careful professional review and cleaning. He also checked related equipment, made recommendations, and outlined a solution to a potential issue, offering options regarding whether to proceed or postpone. Liberty and Josh just finished putting in a new water heater for me. Turns out mine was really old.
