A little behind-the-scenes about us: Since 2000, our owner John and his wife Maria have adopted more than 23 dogs-many of them seniors or special needs-from both local shelters and out-of-state rescues. Along the way, they’ve also fostered and cared for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters.
