    Liberty And Dolor were prompt, even early for the scheduled time. They were respectful and professional. Liberty clearly communicated all timelines and what needed to happen every step of the job. She was upfront about the diagnosis and pricing for replacing the water heater. Liberty even asked if my pet was secure before work began which required an open door. After installation, she showed me how to adjust the water temperature, if needed.

    Service Tech Carson was great at both the oil heat system maintenance and installing a new surge protector for it.

    Dog House installed a new hybrid water heater for us. Alex, Connor, and Hannah all did an excellent job and we're very happy with the result. We later got some old plumbing replaced by Liberty and Connor that we are also very happy with. After getting all that done, we also got our old furnace replaced a few months later. We knew we would get it done right again. Thanks to Coleman, Connor, Kade, and Alex for doing that job for us.

    I live in a mobile home which immediately makes it impossible to get repairs done. Not only did Doghouse (Liberty) come and check out the drainage problems we were having but they gave as us cost quote for the repairs. Yesterday Liberty and Josh arrived to make the repairs~they stayed the entire day to fix all the problems so this morning for the first time in 2 months, everything in my bathroom worked as it should! Am so grateful to them for making my life normal again!

    I would like to commend Dog House for their excellent communication strategy that includes a texts announcing who the technician is, their credentials and picture. Hanna K and Dom J were friendly, polite, respectful and excellent professionals who clearly communicated what needed to be done to our furnace to have it working optimally. They worked together to accomplish the task and then cleaned up the area perfectly. Thank you Dog House Heating, Air, and Plumbing, LLC for staffing and training your technicians in all aspects of service. We would highly recommend you to our family and friends.

    Alex, Connor, and Kade were fantastic! They put my furnace in and got her up and running. They even brought in a roofing person to help install the new piece of metal equipment for the furnace. I am forever grateful! Thank you for making my house warm!

Many thanks to everyone at Doghouse for dealing with my mess. Josh and his coworker did an amazing job fixing my kitchen and bathroom sinks. They were quick and kind! Everything you would want in a plumber. Thank you both!
