He diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained to me what failed and how it needed to be replaced, then double checked that he had the necessary parts to complete the repair right then. The price was very fair, payment was easy to complete, and I discovered that Dog House can service our mini splits too. Happy to make them a one-stop-shop for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
