I have had multiple great experiences with technicians from Dog House. Today, Carson T. came to do maintenance on my boiler. This was the second time I've worked with him, and I couldn't be happier with his service. Carson is very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and made several helpful suggestions for proactive things I can do to help my system perform better and avoid future problems. Hannah K. was absolutely wonderful!!!! She knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. She was a pure joy to have in our basement to replace our expansion tank and relief valve. Should we need any future help, I would be more than delighted to have her in my home.
The tech - Nick Evans - was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was able to service both heat pump and gas boiler in one appointment. Highly recommend.

I was so ready to get a shower as soon as yall got water back to the house. After 3 weeks no shower dishwasher or toilets I needed that shower in the worst way. However it did not end that was as tech Josh M couldn't nail down a problem to solve other than not enough rain this summer to fill our well. Still tech Josh M was amazing and walked me through what he found and didn't find. By the time he was leaving I was no longer thinking about the shower i wouldn't be getting in my own bathroom. Tech Josh M felt more like a good bud b that stopped in to try and fix our problem. I don't think I've ever felt better about no indoor running water. It was Josh's support and genuine kindness and the work he did not only assessing our water issue but helping us to understand our situation better and relieving our feelings of defeat and replacing it with a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks and stop by anytime .
