Furnace started blowing smoke, Dog House was here the next day ready to help. Carson came to our house and diagnosed the issue quickly, and while the news was not great, he was up front and was able to show me what the problems were. He helped us decide on a path forward and got a reasonable quote to us right away for a new system. As a sign of their good service, Carson cleaned out the suffering furnace and got it working again on life-support until we can replace it, at no additional cost.
