We had leaking in our upstairs bathroom by the toilet. We had Liberty come the first day to check things out. She spent quite awhile looking at everything and taking the toilet out. She kept us well informed each step of the way. She showed us what was going on. She explained everything very well. She said Josh would be coming the next day to look further into the flange issue and give us an estimate. Josh is amazing! We couldn't believe how he did all these measurements to determine where he could access it from our kitchen ceiling. He was very careful to only remove the smallest section to be able to see the pipe and the flange. After checking and rechecking from the kitchen ceiling and from under the toilet, he determined that he could do a repair of the flange or put in a whole new one which would have involved cutting a bigger hole in the kitchen ceiling. We went with the repair at this point. Josh got us a new toilet and installed it. He was with us all day making sure everything was perfect before he left. He kept looking at a leak in the ceiling of an addition as we had thought that might have come from the bathroom situation. Josh is an outstanding worker. His work ethic is incredible. You can tell that he loves what he does, is extremely knowledgeable, and wants what he does to be perfect. He treated us with respect, was very kind, and patient.
