First time customer of Doghouse – furnace tune-up. Excellent communications – easy to make appt., texts for conformation and reminders and even a text the morning of the appt. with the name and photo of the person coming. Carson T., who did the work, was excellent – friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and gave me great information. Would highly recommend and use again.
What looked at first to be a simple faucet replacement became much more than that. Liberty and Connor explained clearly (and showed me) what needed to be done, what the options were for fixing it and the up- and downsides of each choice. They spent several hours on the repair/replacement. I am very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
