Dog House responded within a day to my on- line inquiry and scheduled a technician to come out within a week. Liberty arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional, efficiently checked my plumbing issue, and was able to provide quotes on the spot. Highly recommend this company. Update: Liberty, Coleman and Dom J came today (8/17) to do the work. They were exactly on time and completed the job with no fuss or muss. My water no longer smells of sulphur with the installation of a new powered anode rod. This will make a huge improvement in my quality of life! Liberty was upbeat and did her research on the issues we have. Jarrod J and his work partner were efficient and quick. Cleaned up the work spaces. It's like they were never here. Shower and faucet working great! Recent visit 8/14 My 2nd meeting with LIBERTY was to have a sink drain repaired. She saw what was wrong, had the parts in her vehicle and the problem repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. I am happy.
