John S. Knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend Doghouse enough from their customer service team to their technicians. I lost heat the coldest week and got the runaround from the original installer of my HVAC unit. I called Doghouse in tears and they had someone out here the same day to diagnose the problem and had it fixed within a couple of days barring getting the part overnighted. That was the one thing that took the longest. Customer service kept me updated every day on what was happening with the part and making sure someone would come out. When they had finished, there was no trace of being there. They seem to subscribe to the notion of leaving their work space cleaner than they found it.. After the frightening experience of having our CO alarm go off and ordering us to evacuate at 6:30 am in the morning and having to call 911 and the fire department, we called Doghouse, with whom we had never done business, and they agreed to respond promptly. John S and his assistant knew what to do and fixed our boiler, which was producing deadly amounts of CO, quickly, so we got our heat back on a very cold day.
