We had our boiler serviced about 10 days ago. Our tech, Nick, had the unfortunate circumstance to inform me the boiler was a significant safety issue and had to be shut down immediately and replaced. Never an easy conversation to have. However, Nick was informative and caring. He was quick to work with the home office and schedule a replacement and install in less than a week.

Jarrod, our installer, was very nice. He answered all our questions and took the time to validate the radiators. The install was completed in two days. The team arrived on time and kept us informed every step of the way. They did quality work with care.
