Our technician, Carson, was fantastic. We called for regular maintenance, Carson took his time and made sure all aspects of our heat system looked good and runs well. We needed to replace.a few parts, but our heat system is older so we planned on a slightly higher cost than normal. I would definitely recommend Carson and Dog House to anyone in the area that needs service.
Jarod and Liberty did a great job! They just installed a new hose bib and shut off valve. I always appreciate good communication and they're always great about letting me know when they expect to arrive, and how long the work will take. They were quick and efficient. Booking the appointment was easy too!
Called Doghouse yesterday and they sent Liberty W and Jarrod J today to assist us with a plumbing problem. They were great, gave us an estimate and made arrangements to get the necessary parts ordered and will call us as soon it’s in to get the repair completed!
