    The technician Noah B. is professional an he worked as fast as he could to restore heat in my house. He went through my furnace thoroughly and changed out everything that needed fixing.     Keagen, Doug and j from Swansea did an excellent job. They were meticulous about everything they did, very neat throughout the entire installation. When they had finished, there was no trace of being there. They seem to subscribe to the notion of leaving their work space cleaner than they found it.. Keagen was very knowledgeable, personable, listened very attentively, never appeared to be in a rush and was very polite as well as genuinely interested in what we had to say. He is a real asset to the company.There was a bit of disorganized activity around the materials needed for the installation,,mistakes on some supplies, but that was quickly taken care of.Overall excellent service.

    After the frightening experience of having our CO alarm go off and ordering us to evacuate at 6:30 am in the morning and having to call 911 and the fire department, we called Doghouse, with whom we had never done business, and they agreed to respond promptly. John S and his assistant knew what to do and fixed our boiler, which was producing deadly amounts of CO, quickly, so we got our heat back on a very cold day. The lady who answered our call was also very professional and helpful. We are signing up for their year round service plan. 5 stars all around.

    We've had a great experience with Dog House. Our Boiler went out on a Saturday on an especially cold day in December. We called Dog House who answered promptly (even on the weekend) and sent out a technician who was on call. John S arrived to our house within 2 hours and was excellent. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He had the needed part with him in the van. Within one hour we were back up and running. Aside from the prompt recovery of our system, John also took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, where the fix was, and walked me through the system as a whole and potential timelines for future upgrades. It is currently an old system and we are first time home owners so the extra time John took to explain this all to me was extremely helpful. All in all we rate Dog House Heating in Brunswick, ME 5 stars and we will certainly be calling them again for all of our HVAC needs.

    We woke up with no heat this morning. Within 2.5 hours, we had John S. here to work on our furnace. John was friendly and efficient and got our heat back on in under two hours. Our furnace seems to be running better than ever. This was a surprisingly fantastic experience and I'd absolutely recommend Dog House.
