The tech who repaired our furnace was Hannah K. When they replaced our circulating pumps and flushed our furnace and hot water system, we later found that after they left that we how hot water only lasted a few minutes before going cold. Hannah returned and she quickly identified the problem was a malfunction valve on the domestic hot water side of the furnace. Dog House did not have a replacement valve and she thought it might have to be ordered. Since we already had been without hot water for a whole day, she scoured local suppliers and was able to find a replacement valve. She then went out of her way and had her scheduled re-arranged to be able to replace the valve the next day!!!! We so appreciate her going the extra mile to get us up and going!!!! She is just great.
