Anna answered my call and was both knowledgeable and friendly. Dan V. was at my house about an hour later (and I'm almost an hour away!) and handled both me and my furnace with care and respect. There was clear communication throughout the process from all involved, the repairs were thorough, and my basement was as clean (if not cleaner) when all the work was done as it had been before any work started. Absolutely amazing customer service!
