Nick was a professional and very knowledgeable representative of the fine service provided by Dog House Energy. He and his assistant Jared made sure that our heat pump and plumbing system were working properly and offered some suggestions to assure that those systems will continue. Kudos!

I texted with high hopes that I could multi-task and request appointment for a water heater installation quote. I was delighted by the prompt response and was able to schedule for the next day. When the technician came arrived to assess our space/ water heater purchase, he gave us unexpected bad news. The water heater we had purchased, won't work for our house. He took time to explain everything, and we now have a plan for the future because of him. Although we did not get to "use" Dog House how we intended, they will be our trusted plumber for future projects. The honesty of not just installing something that was not a good fit for us was a huge gift. Thank you Nick!
