I’ve had a long string of minor plumbing issues. And Josh is always happy to take a look at the next issue and get me a quote for fixing it. Michelle (I think) in the office is so nice about scheduling things. And the utility sink he installed in my basement laundry room has improved my more than just about anything else. And when we had a leak in our bath tub Liberty came in and quickly fixed it even though it was the end of the day and reassured my husband and me that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was even though there was water coming out of the celing beneath the tub and she explained what has been happening that caused the leak so we could be careful to monitor it. And they connected us with a remediation service that worked with our homeowners insurance. And for our heating system Carson and (Cole?) came out after Carson cleaned our boiler for the season and completed the repairs he'd identified. He happily gave us a quote for replacing the heating oil burner with a propane system when I asked but my husband and I are going to keep our old boiler limping along for a while longer.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Elyse, for sharing such a thoughtful review! We are glad Josh has continued to help with each plumbing concern, provide clear options, and make the process easier for you. It is wonderful to hear how much the new utility sink has improved your laundry room. We are also glad Liberty was able to respond quickly to the bathtub leak, explain what caused it, reassure you and your husband, and connect you with a remediation company that could work with your homeowners insurance. We appreciate your kind words about our office team as well and are grateful that you continue to trust Dog House with your home.
