Dog House is easy to schedule for appointments and the people on the phone are very helpful. The technicians, Hanna K and Dom J arrived on time..gave us a call with arrival time. Very thorough cleaning and comprehensive explanations of the state of our equipment. Truly wonderful service personnel who feel like family. Hannah was our service technician last year and she remembered all the conversations she had with the hubby. (They share a love of birds.)
