They were very personable last night and today. Assisted with what I needed to do having fire department come first & options to be safe last night which saved me money. The people were great and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Cole S. Did an outstanding job. He and his assistant were here for two days to make sure our heating system was working properly. He addressed all of my questions in a courteous and thoughtful manner. I would definitely have them do work for me again.

I’ve had a long string of minor plumbing issues. And Josh is always happy to take a look at the next issue and get me a quote for fixing it. Michelle (I think) in the office is so nice about scheduling things. And the utility sink he installed in my basement laundry room has improved my more than just about anything else. And when we had a leak in our bath tub Liberty came in and quickly fixed it even though it was the end of the day and reassured my husband and me that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was even though there was water coming out of the celing beneath the tub and she explained what has been happening that caused the leak so we could be careful to monitor it. And they connected us with a remediation service that worked with our homeowners insurance. And for our heating system Carson and (Cole?) came out after Carson cleaned our boiler for the season and completed the repairs he'd identified. He happily gave us a quote for replacing the heating oil burner with a propane system when I asked but my husband and I are going to keep our old boiler limping along for a while longer.
