Carson and Orren were amazing, they laid out everything that they did and any issues that would arise potentially. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent all around staring with the first visit, figuring out the plumbing issue, recommending the solution, and getting the estimate quickly and bid at a fair price. The recommended upgrade was replacing twenty-five feet of 3" cast iron pipe and cleaning all drains connected to it. This was the right fix. The work was done by Josh M. and Liberty W. They showed up on time with all materials, worked as a team, were efficient and also answered my plumbing questions. Once the job was done, they tested the upgraded drain system to be sure it was fixed. They cleaned up the work space completely. We are glad to have this upgrade and their capable help. When another plumbing problem comes up in this aging house, I'll call Dog House.

Thanks to Josh and Liberty's first job here (to upgrade to our house drain system), we learned that one shower drain (from 1988) was not up to code or draining properly. We scheduled the drain replacement for "as soon as possible." They returned within two weeks and completed the job quickly. The removal of the old corroded drain was a headache, but they had the necessary experience and tools to do it right. We appreciate having a new system we can rely on.

Our technicians Alex T. And Coleman did a great job installing our new furnace. The piping was straight and very clean. They were very respectful and great people to converse with. Very knowledgeable about the work they do. Well timed with the install. A few hiccups but didn’t let that stop them from doing a great job. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Hannah K. She was professional, efficient, and courteous. She did a great job communicating what she accomplished and what she recommends to keep my heating system running properly. Highly recommend.

While cleaning my toilet the head to the toilet brush detached and lodged itself into my toilet. Not some teeny tiny Clorox ToiletWand, but a silicone toilet brush head that’s bigger than the size of a palm. Never did I think this would be possible so imagine my disbelief when it disappeared from my sight. Liberty was able to come out the same day of my call and augered that sucker to oblivion. I hope I made it to the wall of fame (or shame) at DogHouse with all the laughs it caused from explaining what happened to everyone involved. Thank you again Liberty you were great!
