After the frightening experience of having our CO alarm go off and ordering us to evacuate at 6:30 am in the morning and having to call 911 and the fire department, we called Doghouse, with whom we had never done business, and they agreed to respond promptly. We called Dog House who answered promptly (even on the weekend) and sent out a technician who was on call. John S arrived to our house within 2 hours and was excellent. Aside from the prompt recovery of our system, John also took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, where the fix was, and walked me through the system as a whole and potential timelines for future upgrades.
