We replaced an old boiler with a high-efficiency gas condensing combi unit. Ian walked me through what they were going to and then went ahead and did it. A minor hiccup or two was sorted. The hot water was back in a little over a day and the system is now fully up and performing as expected. I really feel the time he took to explain how things worked was invaluable to us. It's a new, very different system and we now have confidence that we did the right thing with the right people.
